Treatments
Mr Dambatta undertook his higher surgical speciality training in Neurosurgery at the Northern Deanery between 2007 – 2017 in Newcastle and Middlesborough. He spent 3 years on out of program research in developmental cell biology and neural stem cells at the Wellcome Trust Research Centre in University of Dundee and the Sir James Spence Institute, University of Newcastle (2009 – 2012). He undertook the Post-CCT Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) approved Senior Spinal Fellowship at the Golden Jubilee Regional Spinal Centre at James Cook University Hospital, Middleborough (2017 – 2018). This was a combined Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery Spinal Fellowship focusing on Adolescent and Adult Deformity, Minimally Invasive Surgery and all aspect complex spinal Neurosurgery.
